How long has Molvara been in business?Molvara has been in business since June 2018. Since then, our passion for creating high-quality natural home-fragranced products has not changed.

Unlike many of our competitors, we believe in total transparency and honesty when it comes to our ingredients, manufacturing processes, and environmental impact. Where does Molvara operate from?Because we are a small business, we operate in a small village in Tetney, Lincolnshire, England.

What payment types does Molvara take?So that we can cater for everyone, we have several ways you can pay for your order. Using Wix payments is the most common way customers pay at the checkout. It takes most major credit and debit cards. We also offer PayPal as a super fast and safe way for you to pay. For customers who wish to pay for their order over time, we also accept Klarna and Clearpay payments.

How long does it take for orders to ship after I place an order?Any orders placed before 14.00/2PM will be despatched on the same day. Any orders after that time will be sent out the following day.

Can Molvara deliver to somewhere other than my delivery address?Yes, as long as it’s to a destination we deliver to. You can enter the address of your choice when prompted at the checkout.

Does Molvara offer free delivery?Yes, we offer free and fast delivery on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, we charge a flat £3.00 fee.

An item(s) has been delivered damaged, what can I do?If an item is delivered broken, please contact us via our contact page. Before we can offer a refund or replacement, we ask that you send us a picture of the broken item(s).

Do you except returns?Yes. If you would like to return any items, please contact us via our contact form on our contact page. We are happy to refund any items that are delivered back to us and have not been used.

How long will it take to receive my refund?We will issue a refund the same day the item has been delivered back to us. All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. We do not control the time it will take for the refund to reach you, so please wait 3-5 business days.

Is it safe to shop on Molvara.com?Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website.
